HP Touchpad a Serious Competition to The Ipad

If you like tablets but are really not that happy about Apple and the Ipad, then there is something really to look forward to. HP have pronounced the arrival of their long waited competition to the Ipad, the HP Touchpad.

So what can we expect of the Touchpad?

First of all it weights about 1.6 pounds and have a 9.6 inch display which is the same as the Ipad.
The operating system is based on Webos and it is a direct competition to the Android based tablets as well.

There are a lot of very cool features and something really to look forward to and one huge thing about the Webos is the so called card system.

It is an easy way to visualize and organize the stuff you are working on and you can stack your projects in piles that suits you best and you can throw them away when you are done working with them.

This is a completely new way to organize things on a computer and for sure is going to open up new horizons in the future.

Communication is another huge thing about the touch pad, like you can have a face to face communication on the big display and when you want to write an email you just writes it without having to open the application first.

The HP Touchpad is filled with applications which makes your working life a lot easier because it makes it possible for you to work more on the go. Surf the internet with full speed, write document and send them to your printer at your office is one cool feature.

Entertainment wise there are a lot of cool functions as well, like the newest Adobe Flash 10.1.2 with full opportunities to watch movies and listen to music.

So with the HP Touchpad there are really something to look forward.

Right now the biggest question is not whether how it is going to stand against the Ipad but more against the new Ipad that are coming in near future.

HP Touchpad should be out in the stores in the summer, and together with the HP Touchpad comes the Pre3 and the Veer which are 2 smartphones based on the same technology. Veer only has a size of a credit card.
